JCS is equipped to provide a wide array of supports and services to your agency.  Through her unique perspective after years of working as a surveyor, Jan can assist your staff through on-site review, training and systems development.  This can be as frequently as monthly visits to as little as one-time or yearly visits.  She is also available to partners for consultation through email or phone.

Our work is not limited to just chart review.  JCS is committed to a comprehensive support system that interacts with all areas of service provision.  These include case management, nursing and medical, direct care, day habilitation, agency policy and procedure development, therapies and more.

We feel it is of the utmost importance that our assistance goes further than your office.  JCS staff will provide input and review at all of your programs sites, including residential and foster homes as well as any off-site training centers.
