JCS was established with one goal in mind:  To help Home and Community-based Services (HCS) provider agencies in acheiving success through partnership and collaboration.  Jan Strickland is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the provision of quality services to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.

Through the development of partnerships, JCS believes that a network of providers will be established that is dedicated to the continued improvement in the quality of life for the individuals they support.
