Jan Strickland, RN, has multiple years experience in the field of mental retardation, the last 12 years in the HCS waiver survey and cerfication department a the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS).  Prior to becoming a surveyor, Jan was with the Travis State School HCS program for 4 years.  She is highly respected within the industry for her integrity and dedication to provider success.  While Jan is an RN, she is an expert in all aspects of service provision.  She has provided support not only to providers but also served as a resource within her department at DADS.

Jan's partners at JCS have a combined 60 years of experience working in this field as developers, surveyors, managers and direct care providers.  With JCS you will have access to supports to address all your needs.
